How do I reserve rentals for my event?
All bookings require a non-refundable 50% booking fee, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event date.
You can submit a formal rental order using our online Wishlist Cart feature. If you need assistance creating your Wishlist, please call or text 980-240-4421, and a member of the Brilliant Curation team will be happy to assist you.
Payments may also be made at our office by appointment only.
Important Payment Policy
Please be prepared to make your payment when requesting a contract.
- All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of issuance, or the payment link will be canceled.
- A Last-Minute Booking Fee will apply to all orders placed during the week of the event.

What time will my rental items be delivered?
A member of our team will contact you during the week leading up to your event to schedule delivery and pickup times.
The client or an authorized representative must be present to sign up for delivery. No exceptions.
Same-Day Delivery & Pickup Fee
A $225 Event Day Delivery/Pickup Fee applies to all orders requiring delivery and pickup on the same day as the event.
After-Hours Pickup Fee
Rental pickups scheduled after 9:00 PM will incur an additional $75+ after-hours fee.

Do you charge a security deposit?
Yes. A temporary hold will be placed on your card on the day of the event.
The hold will be released after all rental items are returned on time and inspected for damages.
Can I view your inventory before booking?
Many of our rental items are staged, wrapped, or stored off-site in preparation for upcoming events.
If you would like to view a specific item before booking, please contact Brilliant Curation in advance so we can confirm availability for viewing.
Do you have delivery minimums?
To qualify for local delivery, your rental order must total $500 or more.
If your order meets the minimum requirement:
- Delivery starts at $150
- Additional fees may apply based on distance, venue access, multiple levels, elevator-only access, or other logistical requirements
Orders under $500 can typically be picked up directly by the customer.
Upon receipt of your rental items, please inspect all equipment and immediately report any damaged, broken, or missing items.
Non-Local Event Rental Minimums
Non-local events are subject to minimum rental requirements based on location (delivery fees not included).
Please note that we are currently unable to accommodate same-day delivery and pickup for non-local events.
